Shipping and Return Policy

 

​RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

  1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, due to the nature of this business. 
  2. We only replace an item and/or items if we have sent you the wrong item and/or items. To qualify for en exchange, everything must already be in their original condition and you MUST notify us within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your item VIA email at slayedbymary@gmail.com. Items that are not in its original state will be DECLINED for return.

 

CUSTOM MADE ORDERS

Customs orders take 7 - 21 days to be processed, constructed and shipped. So please make sure if you would like a unit made to place your order 2 WEEKS in advance to receive your order on time.

 

BRING YOUR OWN BUNDLE ORDERS

Bring your own bundle orders take 5 - 14 days to be processed, constructed and shipped. Processing time begins from the day I receive your hair. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY: 

  1. USP SHIPPING WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
  2. Due to Covid 19, shipping for customized and bring your own bundle service wigs is 7 - 21 business days. Shipping for ready to ship wigs is 1 - 4 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an EXTRA cost.

 

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order has been placed there will be no cancellation of that order unless it was a mistake on our end.
